These guys did a fantastic job installing gutters on two of my properties. Returned all calls, answered all questions; all around professional experience. Very impressed. more

I called Summit Gutter Systems, gave the representative my cell number, gave him my address and set up an appointment at 5:30 the next evening for them to come to my house and review the work that needed to be done. I had to leave work earlier and rush to get home for the 5:30 PM meeting only for the contractor never to show up. It's been three days since the appointment and I haven't heard anything from these guys. I'm fine if you can't make an appointment because something came up but have the fricking common courtesy to give someone a call and let them know you aren't going to make it and reschedule. I have zero confidence in them being able to do anything at this point and wouldn't give them the work if they offered to do it for free. more

First, let me start by saying I am very picky on the work done in or on my home. I research companies I use before I agree to their services and make sure everything is done as agreed upon. With that said I have to tell you that I thought Dirk and his company were great. Dirk came out and gave me an estimate the next day from calling him to do all my homes gutters. His estimate was fair and reasonable in comparison to his competitors. During this time I was also having the house painted and Dirk was nice enough to work around the painters and my timeframe. His crew came and took down the old gutters disposed of them and then four days later after the paint crew was done came back and put all the new gutters up. Please take note a lot of gutter companies say they will do that for you but from what I have heard from friends you end up waiting days for the companies to return and put the gutters up again but Dirk was there right away. Dirk and his crew are polite, when you call he answers or if you have to leave a message he gets back to you quickly. Him and his crew also clean up and don't destroy any plants or brushes. The gutters look great and on top of that it has rained the last three days and we have had no problems. I highly recommend Summit Gutters Systems to anyone I know needing gutter work. They deserve 5 out of 5 stars. more

Summit installed a 24' gutter and downspout on my upper roof last fall. I recently had a roof inspection and standing water was observed in the gutter at the opposite end of the downspout. I don't get up on the second level much and had not previously noticed. I left messages and call back number with Summit over a week ago, and their previously published email is no longer in use. I feel that this work should be redone correctly. Pros: Don't know Cons: Unable to contact more
