Summit installed a 24' gutter and downspout on my upper roof last fall. I recently had a roof inspection and standing water was observed in the gutter at the opposite end of the downspout. I don't get up on the second level much and had not previously noticed. I left messages and call back number with Summit over a week ago, and their previously published email is no longer in use. I feel that this work should be redone correctly.
