Horrible business. Ruined my bike by not addressing problem I paid them to fix. Charged me $800 for something that could have been fixed by emptying gas tank and putting new gas (by the way $800 later, I still was left to take my bike to another shop)!!! WTF!!! THe customer service is horrible and the mechanics are mostly tweakers!!! Watch out for Heather and Curtis at the front counter. They will rip you offffffff biiiiggggg time! Worst shop in all of northern california. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BIKE!!!! more

seen that guy talk a guys ear off and still not get him right parts then try to screw him when it was bills fault seen him take money for stuff to order and not order it thats why he has had to be cash only with so many vendors doesnt pay bills . how many times has it closed down ? yeah screw that place more

First off, all yall cool,and thats alot comn from me.. I went for a part, and found out another local shop, SNITCHED,on yall, yes thats right, Anyway, i told everyone I know.. From ""81"" to F.H.F.c.. to the YougGuns... I know ignorance is no excuse for not knowing the law, But.. this shop is fam own, And beleave me, they ment no harm, jus tryn to feed their FAMILY. I went in for a helmet and some frame sliders for an sv650s and got a bunch of tips and advice since it was my first bike. They offered the helmet at a good price too, if I need anything in the future I'll head back. more

Hi guys, Bill Marshall from SuicycleXtreme We do all we \r can to make you welcome and happy but its not good enought for some. In the case of the bike with with the gas leak we did miss the pin hole leak at the top of the fuel tank, we did fix the gasket under the tank and only charged him $ 45.00 labor.I said I would refund him and give the gasket to him for free on the phone the whole story is the bike had been worked on by someone with no skills before he brought it to us. It had exhaust leaks, oil leaks, electrical problems, witch we repaired we told him the problems and he agreed to have us fix the oil leaks, gas leaks and some electrical.witch we did. more

Same view as the other guys about service. Owner is personable and will try to get you the best deal / price as he can. But when it comes to the front desk communicating with the service dept. no one seems to know what is going on. My bike was there... fixed?? and had to be returned...several times... for a very basic upgrade change. When I called I talked to at least 3 of the people and no one could tell me if it was completed, what they did to fix...never got that info!!! No call back even after I picked the bike up. One person to deal with, some basic communication skills, info on the work order about work done, and a call to see how you liked the work would be great!!! Would go back for the price but not the service dept. If they have a high dollar job, more important customer {friend} your job will set!!! more

Horrible Service Center DONT TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE 10/8/2010

DON'T GET YOUR BIKE WORKED ON FROM HERE \r \r So i use to get parts there I admit its a better way to go but don't get your bike serviced there. I went in needing help and they said they were going to get to it that day a week later i finally call and they tell me its on the lift and they just started looking at it and they will call me back. they never do a few day later I call to find out they apparently did $500 in labor and $4 in parts so I ignorantly paid it with no question to get my bike back leaking gas out of a crack in the gas tank and my fi light on that wasn't on before. They did not diagnose it properly and sent me off with in an extremely dangerous situation. \r \r I take the bike back and a week and a half goes by with no call finally i call them back and long story trying to be short they did not fix it, had horrible customer service, the tech and owner both in different conversations yelled at me on the phone dropping f bombs like they are going out of business. the owner refused to give me any money back and ended the conversation with f*** off and hanging up on me, a loyal customer who trailered his bike down from placerville and back and then all over again to get charged 500 bucks for them to do nothing. The reason my fi light is on now aparently from the tech is because he re hooked my gps but now i have it all apart and can clearly see he did not do as he said makes me wonder what else he didnt do and charge me for. \r \r I hope this influences people from taking your bike here to get it fixed aparently it is too much for them to handle and they will gladly steal from you and waste your time. lots of time all i wanted was my bike back any other shop would have fixed it right the first time or at least taken good prompt care of me after returning it in the dangerous shape it is in. more

Hawaiian for the best.....they have worked with me to get what I want, great prices and they also have donated to many worthy causes, And these folks know their M/C gear and often have great sales.\r \r ""I pity the fool thay don't go there!"" Pros: Nicest biker people in town. Cons: ...aren't any that I know of. more

Hopefully this will water down the little disgruntled man with his bad experience. All my business with these guys has been very positive. Prices are very reasonable-and on the prices that I've compared--rival what you would pay online--but you get to support a local business. I felt like they give sound advice and genuinely care about you and your bike and safety and all that sh*^%. Anyway--don't sweat the neg. reviewer and check these guys out. more

The owner is suppose to be an expert but when he orders you the wrong part he blame it on you for not knowing your part number. Refuses to give you your money back on purchases if you don't want to do business with him. \r \r If it wasn't for the part books in front of him he wouldn't know what you're talking about.
