Same view as the other guys about service. Owner is personable and will try to get you the best deal / price as he can. But when it comes to the front desk communicating with the service dept. no one seems to know what is going on. My bike was there... fixed?? and had to be returned...several times... for a very basic upgrade change. When I called I talked to at least 3 of the people and no one could tell me if it was completed, what they did to fix...never got that info!!! No call back even after I picked the bike up. One person to deal with, some basic communication skills, info on the work order about work done, and a call to see how you liked the work would be great!!! Would go back for the price but not the service dept. If they have a high dollar job, more important customer {friend} your job will set!!! more
