Hopefully this will water down the little disgruntled man with his bad experience. All my business with these guys has been very positive. Prices are very reasonable-and on the prices that I've compared--rival what you would pay online--but you get to support a local business. I felt like they give sound advice and genuinely care about you and your bike and safety and all that sh*^%. Anyway--don't sweat the neg. reviewer and check these guys out.
