Do not use Stars and Stripes! I have hired numerous Nashville-based companies to clean my carpets over the years and never had a problem. However, when Stars and Stripes finished ""steam cleaning"" my mildly soiled carpet there was only marginal improvements. I immediately contacted them regarding my dissatisfaction, but the manager never returned my numerous calls or emails. They have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, which is a joke, because it only applies if you purchase their overpriced and unnecessary extra services. In fact, I was able to remove most of the stains they could not get out with their ""professional grade equipment"" with some soapy water and a scrub brush. After paying over $250 to have 5 rooms, a hallway, and steps steamed cleaned, I am very disappointed with the quality of their work, customer service, and management. Once they have your money, good luck trying to get them to remedy the problem.
