Businiess name:  Stars and Stripes Carpet Cleaning
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
100% Guarantee is a joke. the owner would not even come to my house to see that the carpet was not clean at all. \r I really wish I had done a little more research before letting this company rip me off. \r \r According to information in BBB files, Jermie England was formerly located in Florida where he was arrested on charges in 2006 for ""scheme to defraud"" while working for a carpet cleaning company. \r \r Specifically, Mr. England took advantage of an elderly customer who contacted him for carpet stretching services by claiming the home was filled with mold and charging her 10 times the actual cost for the services rendered. In 2008, Mr. England was found guilty, ordered to pay civil restitution in the amount of $133,650.00, and served jail time for the offense. \r
