Its slow and its expensive im mean the name shocks me really??? Speedyquick really???? More like slowquick i cant get on my phone more

I signed up for this service five months ago and although they keep charging me I have yet to receive more than an hour of high speed internet in 5 MONTHS! No joke. Since day 1 the signal I have keeps dropping after about 15 minutes of having it. I couldn't do anything on the internet, ever. Fast forward five months they haven't refunded my money and I still have no internet and they have come to my house several times. No one knows what the problem is. I even hired my own computer tech. to figure out the problem, it's not my equipment, he said, it's theirs. Don't bother using this company, their technicians aren't helpful and their customer service stinks too- not to mention they don't actually give you what you sign up for on your contract. more

It was never disclosed in my contract about how low thier bandwidth cap it. If you sue PSN, XBL, or stream any moveis online never use this service. IT was over priced as well. Cons: very low bandwidth cap of 8 - 16 gigs a month more
