Piece of cake! 9/24/2014

The entire process was a piece of cake. Everyone there was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Charlie was great! He helped make the entire process stress free. The installers showed up right on time, and were speedy and friendly. They even fixed a piece of furniture that was broken. I will definitely use Souds again the next time I'm in the market for flooring. more

We are HAPPY with the great service!!! 8/30/2014

Soud's Carpet was recommended by our chiropractor who was singing their praises. We decided to go with Soud's since it seems to also be a family owned business. When we arrived at the showroom Charlie was extremely helpful in making our selection based on our wants and needs. The carpet was ordered - and when it was available a date to install was set up. The installers were wonderful - moving and placing oversized and/or heavy furniture - and also removing all the old carpet and underlay. Happiness is the new carpet that feel wonderful under our bare feet!!! more

The employee who helped me select my new flooring, Carol, was great. She listened to what I thought I wanted, my description of the space and came up with the perfect solution. I installed COREtec tiles and couldn't be more pleased. The installer sent by Soud's was extremelly professional, neat and tidy. I am a repeat customer and would definitely return to Soud's for future flooring needs. more

I have to say, my husband and I could not be more impressed with the professionalism, patience, and product knowledge we received from Soud's Quality Carpets and Flooring. We completely remodeled our home and used Sou's for all our flooring. We had chosen wood, carpet and tile and we are so thrilled with ALL of it!!!!! Our house is luxurious! Love My Carpet & Wood Floors 4/28/2014

I've used Soud's for purchasing wood flooring and carpeting. The salesman, Corey, made this very easy for me. He listened to what I felt, was best for my needs and then offered other options, which prove to be much better. The wood floors were installed beautifully and we love them. When I needed to replace my bedroom and living room carpet, I went back to Soud's. Once again, Corey helped me by looking through each and every sample to find the perfect shade of grey! I would certainly recommend Soud's Quality Carpets & Flooring to everyone. more

I love my new floors! 3/24/2014

I love my new floors but I dislike the quarter board that was installed. I would have preferred if that was optional and I'm already wondering if it can be removed. I am very happy with how the floors look they are beautiful and the installation was fast and easy. CW and his team were polite and professional. Carol was very helpful from the moment I walked into the store. She brought samples to my home and helped me pick the perfect floor! Overall it was an easy and pleasant experience. more

Installers were fabulous 3/18/2014

Soud's Quality Carpets & Flooring took out 1,100 square feet of tile and put engineered hardwood which was an ordeal and messy but the installers were fantastic, very efficient, clean, and neat. They took great pride in their work. They had to remove all of the furniture out of the house and brought it back in after with minimal effort, it seemed like. It was a great experience. It took them about ten days to do it but considering the messiness of the job, I couldn't have asked for a better company from the sales consultant to the company representative to the installers. All were very accommodating. more

Sooooooooo pleased with our new floors and the service we received. 3/14/2014

Souds has just completed replacing 1100 plus feet of tile with engineered hardwood in our home. we are extremely pleased. Everyone at Souds, from Carol Jones our sales consultant to the manufacturer rep, could not have been more pleasant and accommodating. They took the time to make sure we were educated about which product to choose and then made sure that we had the best of installers. Everything was put back in place and the house cleaned from all debris and dust before they left. Very positive experience from beginning to end! more

I rate Soud's as all fives because they were efficient and did the job (a tremendous job) in just a few days. They replaced all of the furniture, and I have a lot of heavy furniture! They really did their job in every way. They were very quick and patient with me. more

Quality and Price 1/15/2014

One day back in December 2013, I just happened to browse into Soud's Quality Carpets & Flooring and met this gentleman by the name of Charlie Cook. I was in the market for some carpet, and didn't know if I would settle with Soud's or not. Mr. Cook was straight forward, and courteous, as we discussed what my options were, and his companies policies, etc. I had shopped around a little, and I was impressed. From the beginning of my experience with Soud's to my installed carpet, I have to say I am so satisfied with the quality and price of the carpet, and the professionalism of not only the staff of Soud's but with contractor's who installed the carpet, that I would recommend Soud's to future customers. more
