I stopped by to get a quote for carpet last Friday and was greeted by Carol. She asked a lot of questions at first and none were related to carpet installation. She asked what side of town i lived on, did I need financing, how did i manage to get a day off ??? I guess she wanted to know why I was shopping in the middle of the day and not on a job?? I thought she was very nosey and trying to size up my bank account or ability to pay. I will not do business with them. Her sales skills are awful and she needs to be coached on how to ask questions!!
