Very professional 3/15/2012

I have had 3 hair removal treatments now. While I didn't know at first that the process would take so long, I have been satisfied with the preliminary results. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable. Some areas are more difficult than others, so it will take longer for them, but this was explained at my first visit. I am really looking forward to not having to shave during the summer! more

hmmm..how do I describe my experience with Sona? Me and my wife have been Sona's customer for over year now. We are not satisfied with the services. The staff is alright and they try hard to earn your business, but the result from treatment is worst. The sales team will definitely convince you to buy these awesome laser treatment, but when you go through long treatments and don't see any result, you get frustrated! We spent lot of money on treatment package and ended up paying more for extra treatment. There is no guarantee that any treatment is going to work, you just keep spending more and more money in hope to get the result you want. I would not recommend laser service from SonaMed Spa to anyone. Pros: null Cons: null more

I've been very pleased with the customer service I've received so far, I already know I'm going to be 100% satisfied with the results of the laser hair removal treatments as well as the AFT treatment results. more
