hmmm..how do I describe my experience with Sona? Me and my wife have been Sona's customer for over year now. We are not satisfied with the services. The staff is alright and they try hard to earn your business, but the result from treatment is worst. The sales team will definitely convince you to buy these awesome laser treatment, but when you go through long treatments and don't see any result, you get frustrated! We spent lot of money on treatment package and ended up paying more for extra treatment. There is no guarantee that any treatment is going to work, you just keep spending more and more money in hope to get the result you want. I would not recommend laser service from SonaMed Spa to anyone.
