The installation of my new windows went quickly, and I was pleased how efficient and neat the installers were. My new windows, shutters, and storm door from Skyline Windows give my house a new updated look. I am also pleased that my house feels and stays warmer since my old drafty windows are gone. Skyline Windows of Richmond replaced all of our windows. It turned out great. I would say the best part of working with Skyline was it was not a high pressure situation. Their approach and style was easy to work with, and very different from any of the other contractors I spoke with before. Other companies wanted my wife to be present when they came out and did the estimate, and they wouldn't operate how I wanted to operate. Randy came out and gave us an estimate without any pressure. He was easy to work with, and he was honest about what they could do and what he recommended. Skyline ended up going over and above what I was expecting as far as making additional repairs. The quality of their work was exceptional. The windows are very good. I still feel a little bit of a draft, but that may just be the nature of windows period. They are a huge improvement over our old windows. The style and the work was excellent. If you are looking for good value, Skyline offers a reasonable price for a very good window with an approach that is easy to work with. more

We've used Skyline Windows of Richmond twice. They replaced a few of our windows at two different times. They were very helpful. They came out and explained what would happen and showed us our different options. Once we made our choice, they did the work. They were super, super clean. They repaired things that weren't even part of the contract, so they made everything look better than when they started. They were fabulous, courteous and attentive to detail. Skyline Windows of Richmond did work on a whole two-story house. They covered the trims with metal, too. They did an excellent job. The windows fit well, and they work well. I was pleased with their manner and attitude. I enjoyed meeting the foremen, the owners, and the salesmen. It was a pleasure doing business with every person I talked to. more

We had fourteen windows replaced in our home. We also had to upgrade three of them. When we looked out the old kitchen window, the bar that ran through it was blocking our setting outside. The Skyline Windows of Richmond gentleman recommended we have an awning window instead, with a crank and no bar in the middle. That new window gave us a mini picture window. We also opted not to put grids in it. It goes wide open, and you can see all the way through it. It's marvelous. People just want to stand there and stare! When the awning window first came, it did not get shipped with the screen like it should have. We noted that on the day of the installation. It took a little bit of calling back and everything to get them to remember to get the screen for us. They actually shipped one and a spare in the end. Overall, though, we were very satisfied. The members of the crew were all very nice. I felt I could fully trust them. In fact, I left the keys with them and went away from the house for a little bit. more

Skyline Windows of Richmond replaced 13 of my windows in my primary home. I was very impressed with the workmanship, the quality, and their professionalism. They went above and beyond to make sure they didn't damage anybody's property in the house. They put covers over the top of the floor when they went to different rooms. They made the extra effort. more

Skyline Windows of Richmond did fourteen windows in the back of my house. I was going to break that project and an installation of seven windows in the front of my house into separate projects - with one in winter and one in spring - but was so happy with the experience that I decided to go ahead with the windows in the front right away. I liked the back windows so much that Skyline will be coming out next Monday to do the other ones. more

Skyline Windows of Richmond replaced an entire house of windows with new vinyl replacement windows and did a good job of it. I was happy with the product and the installation seemed to be high quality. I had my contractor friend sat on them. He said the guys did a great job. They came in, gave me a good quote, arrived when they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves. more

I'm very impressed with the gentlemen at Skyline Windows of Richmond. The owner, Jared Ray, was very professional. He's a good man and a good Christian guy. He said what he was going to do and then he did it. I like that: say what you do and do what you say. They came in and in one day they installed all 32 windows. We have one issue that we haven't called them about yet, but I'm sure they'll get it taken care of. When I requested a quote, they came out and quoted it. They were not the cheapest. In fact, they were a good more expensive than the other companies we got quotes from. But they did a good job and when they came, they were very extensive about making sure my wife's needs were met. They took care not to mess up our blinds or plantation shutters. They came at 8 in the morning and left at 5:00 or 5:15 and they did a great job. more

Skyline Windows of Richmond installed replacement windows for my home. I had gotten three or four different quotes, and although Skyline was not the most inexpensive, I felt like I was getting the most value for my dollar with them. The sales representative and owner were very low pressure. They even offered me the opportunity to order the windows through them and install them myself in order to save some money. I decided to have them go ahead and do the whole job though. They actually provided me with the quote a year and a half before I hired them, and they still honored the same price. They measured everything, ordered all the necessary parts, and in just one day, they installed eighteen windows in my home. They were in and out within seven hours. They were a crew of five guys, and they all worked very efficiently. The kept my home extremely clean and tidy. They put down drop cloths everywhere inside the house, so the floors wouldn't get dirty. After the job, they cleaned the interior and exterior beautifully. They took out the trash, and they even wiped down the inside and outside of the windows. Overall, they did a really nice job. I would highly recommend them. more

When the president of Skyline Windows of Richmond, Randy Ray, came by, he was the fifth contractor or provider of replacement windows we had seen. He had a product that was as good as anyone else's and the price fell right in place. We had done a lot of research--my wife particularly. She looked them up on the internet and they had nothing but great reviews. I also learned from talking to Randy that all of their employees are owners in the company. They tell you exactly how things are going to go and that's how they went. They replaced fifteen windows for me and did an excellent job. They were courteous, they did it in one day, and they also left no mess behind. They cleaned up on the inside and the outside as well. They were very professional. They got here early in the morning and kept working all day. Everything was lovely. The only thing that happened was that one of the windows came from their supplier and was 1/4" too small. The gentleman told me he could not cant put it in. I said, "Really? It will only be 1/8" too small on each side," but he said that he needed it to be right. They re-ordered the window and when it came in, two men replaced that and also did a touch up on something I had messed up. They were just as good then as when they put in the rest of the windows. They worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is considering replacing their windows. Skyline deserves all five out of five stars. I don't know that anybody could do what they did with the professionalism they had and in the time frame they got it done in. more

Everything with Skyline was wonderful. They came at eight and left at five. They took out all the windows except the sun porch that we have and replaced them and they're all wonderful. more
