Review content:
We had fourteen windows replaced in our home. We also had to upgrade three of them. When we looked out the old kitchen window, the bar that ran through it was blocking our setting outside. The Skyline Windows of Richmond gentleman recommended we have an awning window instead, with a crank and no bar in the middle. That new window gave us a mini picture window. We also opted not to put grids in it. It goes wide open, and you can see all the way through it. It's marvelous. People just want to stand there and stare! When the awning window first came, it did not get shipped with the screen like it should have. We noted that on the day of the installation. It took a little bit of calling back and everything to get them to remember to get the screen for us. They actually shipped one and a spare in the end. Overall, though, we were very satisfied. The members of the crew were all very nice. I felt I could fully trust them. In fact, I left the keys with them and went away from the house for a little bit.
