Our home was a mess after having my friends dogs in the house. So we were in need of deep carpet cleaning. This place happen to be the first place I called. They had really good customer service so I gave them a try. When they finished I couldn't believe my eyes my carpet was cleaner than I have ever seen it before. more

I have my 3 rugs cleaned here every few months. They take great care in cleaning delicate rugs like my rugs. It is the special attention and care that they take that keeps me coming back. more

My carpet had some places where folds were developing so we had them repair it for us. They re-stretched the carpet for us to flatten it out. Good service. more

Wow I'm a do it yourself gal, but I must say the first time I had professionals clean my carpet I was impressed. They guys at Rug Cleaners New York City did a much better job than I ever did with the rental carpet cleaning equipment. more

They cleaned our Rugs with great care! 11/5/2008

I was nervous about having some of my families rugs cleaned that had been in the family for a few generations. But I tried Central Rug & Carpet and they were there on time and assured me of the care that tehy would take with my rugs! They held true to the promise and delivered my rugs back to me in beautiful condition! more

I was amazed at how fast it was! 10/31/2008

I was afraid of scheduling and apointment to get my carpets cleaned because I wasnt sure when i would have the time, but these guys were on time and took no time at all to do the job. They got all the dirt and stains out of my carpet, and made it look brand new again. more

They saved me tons of money in home repairs! 10/30/2008

I have been renovating my home and my carpets were all old and disgusting. They were stained and dirty. Not ONLY were they able to remove the stains, but Central was able to make my carpets look like they did 10 years ago when they were installed! They were on time and very knowledegeable. more
