I had really great services. All the Staff was very friendly, and helpful. I'm usually afraid, of going to the dentist, because I don't like the needles. I was just fine after the injection. Thank you for your help in keeping me calm. Shirley Wilkerson more

I had a good session and a favorable impression was made during my visit. The procedure seemed very efficient and the dental assistant added answers to my questions that were most helpful. However, I was on a limited time frame and though we were finished in plenty of time, Dr. Gray had already left for the day and I could not get in to see him the following day. I need to know how long I can get by on this temporary filling since I am now travelling in Ohio and will not be back on a weekday for some time. I would think I would need to get the new crown on ASAP. Is that correct? Will it hold for several weeks? Any information would be helpful. Thanks, John Ott Note: I do understand that your relationship to the Gray Office is a professional one, but I still wonder why I was not expected back there after my Root Canal was finished. more

The staff and Doctor Sheats were great. I have healed well with little pain. Considering the tooth was in the front lower jaw and very hard to get to I was not bothered by the gum taking extra long to heal. I would recommend Dr. Sheats to anyone who needs a root canal. more

I visited the Murfreesboro location and I highly recommend Sheats Endodontic Group if you need a root canel. I have NO pain and it has been 4 days. The staff was very professional and Dr. Sheats made me feel very comfortable while completeing the procedure. I will NEVER go to any other dentistry if I should need this again or any other service. more

My name is Patricia Blair. I had my first visit at the Sheats Endodontic Group in Cool Springs on February 18, 2014. The staff was very kind and the atmosphere was extremely relaxing. I saw Dr. Sheats, Sr. on my first visit. He was very kind and explained in detail the procedure I needed and the reason why I needed it. I returned on Feb. 20th and Dr. Mathis performed my root canal. She was a lovely person as well and very gentle. All and all my experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs their serves. Also, they gave me a goodie bag when I left. It had a very encouraging book inside. This is the first time that I have heard of the Sheats' practice, however, if I ever need endodontic care I will surely return to them. more

I had a REALLY bad abscessed tooth and need a root canal. Dr. Jay Sheats performed an exam, then explained what he planned to, and I had my payment discussed BEFORE I went under anesthesia. He talked me through the procedure as he was performing it, I was told what to expect, and was given the right medication to addess my infection and manage the pain. Most importantly, I was given a number to call in the event that I had an issue and they called me the next day to see how I was doing, I TRULY apprceaiated the follow-up. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Sheats to anyone that requires Endodontist care!!! more
