Thank you for providing professional care to me. I felt like I was ablt to communicate pretty clearly and with ease what my problem was. The staff was courteous as well. I enjoyed the view from the Murfreesboro office. After a day of my crown was placed and it didn't fit right, you let me come in right away to resolve the issue. more

I was referred to DR.sheats by my Dentist for a root canal,while there the service was in fact 5 stars,I was treated very well by the whole staff,one of the best dental visit i ever had,I appreciated dr.sheats in how calmed he made me feel while under going this procedure,would reccommend him without a doubt to anyone needing a root canal. more

Exceptional Care! 8/17/2011

My general dentist referred me to Dr. Jimmy Sheats in Hendersonville for a root canal earlier this week. His office staff was very professional, friendly, and made me feel as if I had known them for years, and Dr. Sheats most definitely has the same demeanor. I've never felt more at ease with any dentist or (physician)as I did with Dr. Sheats. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of endodontic care. An exceptional and rare find in the medical profession today!!! more

Don't let your dentist refer to here 6/1/2011

This was the worst place ever. From the time I arrived @ my 7:15am appt, They treat you like your 4 yrs old when filling out the paper work. They give 4 forms, tell you to fill out 2 then bring back to the desk only to give you permission to sit down to complete the other to forms. When Dr. Sheats arrived I explained that my denstist completed my root canal but was concern about a little pain I feel when my tooth is tapped. Dr Sheat tapped on the tooth and told me to tell my dentist to place my permanent crown on my tooth. The price of the bill was $138.00 for literally NOTHING. I WILL NEVER GO BACK !!!! I feel Ripped off because the consultation was suppose to be free as I was told by Dr. Franklin Daniel, If you go there ask the charge in advanced more

I never knew having a root canal could be so fun 5/17/2011

I was referred to Sheats by my dentist and they were able to fit me in at 4pm on a Monday. The staff is friendly, and the care is exceptional. If I ever find myself needing another root canal I will definitely be returning to Sheats Endodontics. more

I had to go get a root canal and all of my friends said it was going to hurt even my parents. But sheats put all the pain that I had worked up in my head to ease. The surroundings were beautiful and the staff was very nice. If i ever need help wit a toothache,root canal,or basicly any thing that they offer thats the place to go. If your tooth hurts, don't just moan about it go to sheats. more

ive been taking the pills but it seems like my jaw dosnt hurt. After the numbness went away all the pain went away(even though I never felt any pain) Thats the most fun ive ever spent at any dentist and I hope I go again. One question before I go, do you guys apply braces???? because the other dentist said I needed some. That was the best dentist day I ever spent so see ya more

My experience with this office was absoultley wonderful. Each person I encounter was very polite, friendly, professional, and the joking was refreshing!! I felt confortable from my first phone call when scheduling my appointment and continued to feel this way through out the whole process. Very pleasant office visit! 5/4/2011

I have been a patient of the Sheats for many years and had several root canal done over there. They have very nice offices, convinence location, and keep it very clean. Both the clincial staff and front desk staff are very nice. The doctors are very knowledgable, had many years experiencs in dentistry. Each time they had explained to me what they were going to do and I had no problem for the procedures, no pain at all! I would definitely recommend Dr. Sheats to my family members and friends. more

I was given good service, the aids and office ladies were very friendly. Dr. Sheats was friendly and very helpful in letting me know the nature of my tooth situation and its implications. Just once or twice it was said to me in a more matter of fact, blunt manner than I was comfortable with. more

Appreciative Mother 4/27/2011

I was very nervous that my 10 year old had to have a root canal but The Sheat's team put a mother's mind at ease. I did not know what to expect and was pleasantly suprised how wonderful our experience turned out to be. The Sheat's team went above and beyond their call of duty and it made all the difference. I was throughly impressed with the excellent service I recieved. The facility was clean and much detail was given to sterile equipment and procedures. The assistant seemed very capable and all personnel that I met was pleasant. This has been the best experience I have had having root canal work done. more

My husband couldn't believe that I was so excited about having had a root canal done. My experience at Sheats Endodontic was just wonderful. The office was warm, inviting, and immaculate, and the staff was professional and supportive. I will not hesitate to recommend this office to all of my friends. more

Emergency root canal 4/26/2011

I am nine month pregnant and Thursday of last week I woke up with a horrible toothache. I couldn't chew and the throbbing pain was constant. My husband found Sheats from a google search and noticed they were open at 7 am. So we called and they gave us a 9 am appointment for that same day. The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Sheats was calm, quick, and gentle. She made sure she cleared every thing with my midwife, too. I was out by 10:30. I was very impressed! more
