the procedure went well. I really enjoyed the dental assistants. They were so pleasant and caring. They explained everything in detail and I really appreciated that. They made me feel very comfortable. All of the support staff was very warm, personable and patient! more

I was surprised to recieve a call today from Sheats Endo checking to see how I was doing after my procedure yesterday! The young lady was so sincere and the call made me feel really special! It was much appreciated! more

If I had to do it all over again......................... 4/20/2011

....I would recommend this office.I was put at ease during entire procedure. I was sent here for a retreatment of a root canal and I must say the whole procedure went smoothly. I had little to no pain meaning the pain was mild afterwards and that was mostly from the initial shot being given to numb the area for treatment. I would like to say THE entire staffing team were very professional and courteous. They called the day afterward to see if I was having any problems and restated to me if I needed anything not to hesitate to call. So if you looking for a doctor specializing in endodontics this maybe the place for you. more

As wonderful an experience as a root canal can be 4/13/2011

The most friendly staff I have ever encountered. Love the "step by step" explanation that the staff provides as you're going through the experience. Only 1/2 star deducted due to the wait vs. scheduled time. more

Everyone was super nice and caring. They worked to fit me in and fixed my pain quickly on short notice. I would recommend anyone go here for a root canal. It was the most comfortable I have been in a dentist office in years. Good job! more

Excellent! 4/7/2011

The receptionists are great~!, they made everything soo easy. The assistants were so kind and understanding. The doctor explained everything before starting the procedure and answered all my questions.All my anxieties dissapeared as I started the procedure and I didn't feel a thing!The doctor was very gentle and the procedure wasn't long at all. I left very satisfied and would recommend Sheats Endodontic group to everyone more

Excellent care 4/5/2011

My dentist recommended Sheats when I needed an emergency root canal approximately a year and a half ago. They were fantastic! They worked me in very quickly even though I didn't have an appointment, and they were extremely pleasant to work with. Their sense of humor was also greatly appreciated - I didn't have laughing gas, but I found myself giggling throughout the procedure. more
