Outstanding customer service and a high quality product provided. 10/10/2012

SSI had a quality reputation in the area for taking the time to do the work correctly, efficiently, and customer friendly. They have customer service reps follow up to ensure the work was done properly. Not only that, they have their people approach the job in a professional manner. A lot of places can get work done, but they get it done in the proper fashion. Also, they're involved in many community area events, so they're philanthropic as well. more

Fantastic service, did I pay too much? 10/5/2012

I approached them because I had heard about the financing deal, and they responded back very quickly. I ended up getting a new heat pump and air conditioner from them. The service was great. more

Very professional and great service! 8/20/2012

I needed my furnace/air conditioning unit replaced and I found Service Specialties through a home improvement store. The first time they came out they gave me a quote. They later returned to do the installation. The people who did the work were very courteous and very clean. They gave me information about my unit and how to operate it. The unit is working fine. I'm very pleased with their work. After talking to them I found out that they do more than just A/C and heating units so I'm considering calling them back to do some work on my water heater. I highly recommend them! more

The primary technician we work with at Service Specialties is Jeremy Morley. He is phenomenal, very professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He lets me choose what I want to have done instead of just telling me what was going to be done, which I really appreciate. He is honest and very forthright which I also really appreciate. The cost estimates given are spot on, and the installers (other guys, not Jeremy) were quick, professional, and cheerful. They made sure to followup with us on the installation and were very thorough. Jeremy has been out to our house two or three times over the last couple of years to evaluate the systems in our house. Usually I'm not home but my wife is. Jeremy has been great at explaining everything when he comes out. more

Jeremy of Manassas branch did a spring inspection of my heat pump system on 04/10/2012. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He shared what he knew and gave me valuable tips to keep the system running efficiently. I will definitely request him again on the fall service. I was also impressed with SSI as a quality service company who would provide superior performance. They have actually been servicing my unit for 12 years, I have only just moved in a little over a year ago. more

They're pretty good. Service Specialties Inc. are very up front with their pricing and able to work with me on the price and the install and everything like that. I had a small problem after the installation, there was some rattling with a sealant they used, so I called them up and they came out very quickly at my convenience. They seem to have fixed the problem, so overall I'm pretty happy with them. more

We have been using SSI for many years now and still cannot say enough to sing their praises. Everyone from the main office to technicians in the field are very professional, technically competent and very friendly. As a result, we have always received first rate service and equipment. We are particularly thankful for their compasion and sense of urgency for very quickly resolving an air conditioning issue so that our three little dogs would not suffer in a very hot home. Excellent Company to work with!! 3/7/2012

I contracted with this company for a two system heat pump. Their price was very reasonable. The work was done so fast! The service technicians were polite, efficent and got the job done perfectly. The equipment was made by Trane, and the materials are top quality! Their price was fantastic and they offered great financing! I can't say enough about how please I am with this company. I highly recommend them to anyone needing heating and air conditioning service or installation. Thanks SSI !!!! A+++++ more

Service Specialties Inc, came out and spoke with us. We had been needing a new system because ours was 20 years old. After speaking with the representative we were confident in them. They gave us a really good price. A few days later they came and tore out the old and put in the new system. It is so much better than what we had. The men that came out were very nice, made no mess and cleaned up everything. They seemed very knowledgeable. They gave us a walk through and explained how everything work. They even registered us for our warranty. They are coming back two times in the first year to do free maintenance checks. more

I found Service Specialties very easy to deal with. They explained to me what would be done. Then they went out and executed on what they said they would do. They always showed up on time and the house is now very comfortable. They were recommended to me by a co-worker who had used them, and they had a competitive bid. more

Great service and a great experience. 2/24/2012

This was the first time we used Service Specialties. They arrived 20 minutes early and ready to go. They were extremely polite. The person who actually sold us the AC and heater units had prior experience with installing them. We were surprised and pleased that he came out the day of the installation. They kept me up to date throughout the day on their progress. They gave me a tour of what they installed and cleaned up after themselves. I had asked them to install a thermostat which he initially said would be hard, but he made it happen for me. more

Professional, with no problems. 2/21/2012

I really enjoyed Service Specialties Inc. JR was professional and gave me all the options. He was upfront and honest regarding the furnace, and he let me know what was doable and not doable in terms of the installation. They were recommended to me by a friend, they replaced my furnace, and it's been good ever since, even though it's unseasonably warm this year and we haven't had to use it much. more

Professional and patient. 1/24/2012

This was my first experience with Service Specialties Inc., and so far it's been very good. I had them install my unit, and then just called them back to install a humidifier to it. The salesperson and technician were professional and I was extremely satisfied with them. Rudy, the estimator I worked with, was very patient and more than willing to discuss the details with me because they weren't black and white. He made it a more personal experience than business, even coming back an additional time to go over things with me face to face. So far, my system is working just fine, but the true test will be if it's still working 6 months from now. more
