Jeremy of Manassas branch did a spring inspection of my heat pump system on 04/10/2012. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He shared what he knew and gave me valuable tips to keep the system running efficiently. I will definitely request him again on the fall service. I was also impressed with SSI as a quality service company who would provide superior performance. They have actually been servicing my unit for 12 years, I have only just moved in a little over a year ago.
