Bob at your Rancho Store is such a wonderful person to deal with, when ever I need something that I think he can provide he is my first phone call. on my last order I tried the local store to Riverside and was told "cant help you, we don't do that" I hung up and called Bob and was done within 30 mins no issues no hassles. Heroes in my book! 6/14/2013

On Friday, June 7, 2013 I had an emergency and needed help quickly. I had accidentally locked my keys in my car along with my purse (and of course cell phone). I began calling out for help. Jeff and Macario were installing a pool at my neighbors and heard my call. They got in touch with Onstar for me and let me use their cell phone. Both stayed with me until my car was unlocked. I'm not even a customer (yet), but if Secard Pools hires this type of people, well, keep up the good work! more

Lori From secard pools was thae best employee I ever incountered, her can do additude was knolageable and with a smile. why cant all business personell be this way. I have been a customer relations consultant, for 20 years and I am very quilified to say this. just Thanks Lori.:) more

Great product, great service! 12/28/2012

feel that I need to take the time to thank Lisa in the Montclair store for her excellent customer service. From the moment we walked into the store, Lisa was friendly, honest, courteous, and happy. Its so refreshing to feel so welcome in a store. After answering all our questions about the different types of spas, we made our decision and Lisa walked us through the entire process as if we were one of her friends. Lisa called us to check in to see if our spa was delivered, and even give us her cell phone if we had any questions. As it happened, we did encounter a problem with the new spa, and when we called Lisa- she quickly addressed the issue and solved our issue. For some reason, the spa was not heating and we could not figure it out. Lisa talked to her spa technician and called us back with a quick solution. Her customer service is flawless. I look forward to returning to the store and seeing her again. Thanks, Lisa! more

Problem with pool liner stain. Stain treated by Secard employee. 10/19/2012

Review of Secard Pools in Orange, CA: My pool liner developed copper staining during the second season. I discussed the problem with Secard. A Secard employee came to my house, with chemicals, several times and treated the stain for multiple weeks AT NO CHARGE. These people are very professional and really care about their customer's satisfaction. I will be their customer for a long time. Thanks, Secard more

Wonderful Experience - Friendly Staff: Vince 9/1/2012

I am extremely happy that I found the Secard store in Orange, CA. Vince was helpful, friendly, kind and made me feel comfortable even though I had a lot of questions. My pool is spectacular, especially with the advice fiven to me on the install. Vince was patient and helpful everytime I called for help (about 3 times!). When I asked how much more my water bill would be, they said "only about $50", so I really thought it would be about $75 thinking they were underestimating. But, it was under $50! They were honest about everything! more
