Bob at your Rancho Store is such a wonderful person to deal with, when ever I need something that I think he can provide he is my first phone call. on my last order I tried the local store to Riverside and was told "cant help you, we don't do that" I hung up and called Bob and was done within 30 mins no issues no hassles.
