feel that I need to take the time to thank Lisa in the Montclair store for her excellent customer service. From the moment we walked into the store, Lisa was friendly, honest, courteous, and happy. Its so refreshing to feel so welcome in a store. After answering all our questions about the different types of spas, we made our decision and Lisa walked us through the entire process as if we were one of her friends. Lisa called us to check in to see if our spa was delivered, and even give us her cell phone if we had any questions. As it happened, we did encounter a problem with the new spa, and when we called Lisa- she quickly addressed the issue and solved our issue. For some reason, the spa was not heating and we could not figure it out. Lisa talked to her spa technician and called us back with a quick solution. Her customer service is flawless.
