Their awesome customer service and responsibility made us worry-free in the whole process. They did their best to meet our schedule; they put their feet in our shoes. This is a very nice pool place, with honest people and good prices. I never feel pressured to buy any of the chemicals needed with them and have the liberty to buy them where I please. However I do buy everything with them :) The employees are very nice and I would recommend this to anyone with a pool! more

I have an islander pool with a salt water filtration system as well as a gas heater. In addition I also have a four person hot tub. In the year since I've had my islander pool I have been extremely satisfied and very well pleased with my pool. The level of customer service that I have found at Secard has been an excellent addition to my level of satisfaction and overall happiness. From my first meeting and planning with Greg at the Pico Rivera office to my phone conversations and scheduling with Brian at the construction office, I've found nothing but professionalism and a can-do attitude. I purchased an in ground liner pool from Secard 5 years ago. Up until this past year all has been good. Easy to maintain, soft on the toes overall a good experience. This year i notice that I'm starting to get a couple tears in my liner and called Secard about it since the warranty is under their warranty to never rip, tear, or fade. I was told by the gentleman who answered the phone " is it facing the sun?" It's a pool! of course its facing the sun. Well I was told that wasn't covered under the warranty only manufacture defects. So I got some vinyl repair and fixed the holes myself. Last month I notice that there are tears developing all along the the same distance from the top of the liner which just so happens to be where there is a pattern change in the liner. Obviously a manufacture defect. I got in touch with Brian Anderson from Secard explained the situation AND sent pictures. A month later I have yet to hear any response from anybody at secard. I just want what we were sold ... A liner covered by a warranty in case of any rips tears or fading. Will keep everyone informed on how this matter goes forward. Secard Pools completely redid our existing pool. They were the original company who put the pool in 35 years ago and it looks brand new now. The crew was amazing and they didn't leave any debris behind. We're extremely pleased. Louise Cornwell more

I'm happy with everything Secard Pools has done. Basically, the job they just did was a replacement liner. They had to remove the old liner, resurface the sand in the pool, and set everything up to install the new liner. They did everything they said they would in a timely fashion. They were nice and on time. I had no complaints. We've been using them for the last seven years. They had a pool we could afford and we knew we wanted a liner pool. So they had what we wanted. The pool is everything they say it is. more

I wish I could give Secard Pools a ten. They're good people. If you have a problem, you call them and it's taken care of. They're right there and they're all willing to help you. That Bobby's great. I've been working with them since 2006 or 2007. They're terrific; they're good people! I'd tell anyone to get in touch with Bobby and get his advice. The guy's willing to cooperate. They listen if there's a problem they correct it. more

When I first started out with Secard Pools they obviously did the pool for us and I had nothing but extreme pleasure with them. I've had a couple liners replaced from them and had extreme good luck with that also. I have no complaints except about this last liner they put in. They did a good job, but I asked them to do a couple other things that there ended up being problems with. But they came back out and corrected some of it. The reason I'm concerned is because the sand is not as smooth as it has always been in the past and I'm leery as to any problems in the future that might cause problems with the liner. Right now Bobby Cannon says it shouldn't cause any problems in terms of wearing out the liner early. Other than that, I've had good luck with them. The first job was in 2008 and this is my third liner. My only compliant is the liners just don't seem to hold up like they say they should. I've had to replace them every three years it seems. But in terms of their professionalism and ability to come in and do the job in a timely manner, they're great. And I love my pool and my son loves the pool. In terms of the pricing structure, they knock it out of the ballpark. I would recommend them to anybody. I really, really would. more
