Sears Houston Carpet Cleaning 8/19/2017

Anthony and "Joe" were on time, extremely courteous, and did a walk through confirming the work to be done before starting. They paid particular attention to the carpet areas with high traffic which I had pointed out and did a great job. They even moved some furniture to clean under, which we had not expected. Price was exactly what was quoted online with no surprises. more

The guys showed up on time, ran through the procedure and then got to work and did a wonderful job. They cleaned everything up when they were finished and showed me everything they had done. I feel they were way above and beyond my expectations. more

Anthony just came in and corrected the negative image created by the first guy that was full of complain. Anthony did a wonderful job and has boosted my confidence in Sears. Kevin was very professional and was able to answer every question we, my husband and myself had about the service we was receiving. He was very polite and we couldn't have asked for anyone as niece as he was. He even cleared up something I saw on TV about the mold in the school that was closed, both guys, Kevin and Edgar, are very smart. Kevin also worked very neat and clean, and who wouldn't want a man to clean up after they finished working. If I had to grade his education and training in his field it would be an A+. I will make sure to ask for him when I need service from Sears again. Edgar and Kevin works well as a team. We were fortunate to get a GREAT team to do this job for us. They both are #5's in our book. more

Great job on cleaning my dryer air vent 7/24/2017

Adolfo and Kevin did an awesome job cleaning my dryer air vent. Since it initially did not get cleared with the standard level of cleaning, they went on the roof and fixed the problem by removing the roof air vent and diagnosing the problem. Great job guys! more
