Kevin was very professional and was able to answer every question we, my husband and myself had about the service we was receiving. He was very polite and we couldn't have asked for anyone as niece as he was. He even cleared up something I saw on TV about the mold in the school that was closed, both guys, Kevin and Edgar, are very smart. Kevin also worked very neat and clean, and who wouldn't want a man to clean up after they finished working. If I had to grade his education and training in his field it would be an A+. I will make sure to ask for him when I need service from Sears again. Edgar and Kevin works well as a team. We were fortunate to get a GREAT team to do this job for us. They both are #5's in our book.
