Edgar was very professional and was able to answer every question we, my husband and myself had about the service we was receiving. He calmed my fears about mold. He was very polite and we couldn't have asked for anyone as niece as he was. He worked very neat and clean, I liked that. If I had to grade his education and training in this field would be an A+. I will make sure to ask for him when I need service from Sears again.
