We went in because of a bad flat, and had to buy two tires.\r
They recommended we rotate and balence the tires, and have an alignment done. We also asked them to check the brakes.\r
The price was higher than it needed to be. But not mind-boggling.\r

Their estimates and bills are just prices, they arn't broken down or labelled. They preformed an unnecessary, unrequested, expensive oil change and tried to charge us for it. They recommended $550 worth of brake work, only half of which was necessary when the dealership checked the brakes later.\r
And just to wrap it all off, 2 weeks later my car failed the state inspection, because the rear right strut nut (where my flat was) was broken off. The mechanic said it was recently done, in the last few weeks. The Sears people who did it probably did it accidently, but there was "no way" they could have not seen it. But they should have told me, and they should have fixed it. And they NEVER should have done the alignment without it be
