I have had work and called for advise and mechanical planning. I was helped by a Steven Brown who was very knowledgable and needed to look-up some information and call me. He called me within 5 minutes. I have read a few other reviews -- and I have 2 cars that I take to Sears and have not had any issue. It can be a mad house at times - and who on earth believes a Auto shop should be CLEAN? I highly recommend this location for service.
