Not sure what these folks saw but I have always been given great customer service when I go to not only the Lake forest location but the Bethesda location as well.Great folks always try to take care of me in a very fair and polite attitude.I highly recommend going there.At times they seem to get busy but what service shop doesnt,I always try to be patient and understanding.
