I went there because I had a nail in my tire. You're supposed to drive right into the garage for repair, but the garage door was down, so I had to park and search around for someone first. They told me it would take an hour and they would call my cell when it was ready, so I shopped in the area while they worked on it. More than an hour and a half went by and they never called, so I went back over there. The car was done, but they couldn't find it anywhere in their computer system, so it took a couple guys looking in different computers until they finally found it. One of them literally had a mouthful of pizza while he was talking to me. The bill was $29.99 and he said, "You don't need the penny, do you?" Not that I needed the penny, but I thought the question was unprofessional. This place was also filthy and disorganized. When I left there, I was praying that they bolted my tire back on correctly. Unfortunately, they balanced the tire incorrectly so now my 4-month-old car c
