I wonder if negative reviews stay posted. I personally have had terrible experiences with Scott's Auto Repair. Most of the technicians are not experienced enough to perform the technical repairs that today's automobiles need. This place doesn't live up to their warranty either. We paid over $1,400 on repairs to my son's vehicle only to learn that work performed on employee's or their family members vehicles is not warranted. Why is that? We paid for the work but Scott's answer is that we received a discounted rate. I was actually very nervous to have the work performed there. My husband was the general manager there and I learned what really goes on there. In a way, I'm glad that we'll have to take the vehicle somewhere else and have the work done the right way.\r \r All you have to do is ask how long his technicians stay employed there. I think the longest one is currently under two years and that's Scott's snitch. \r \r It's sad that there are still employers who treat other human being more

You might want to ask a few questions before having repairs done. Very high labor rate, always has a scripted sales pitch. I have heard that they have a hard time keeping mechanics. I will not return. more

I have been going to Scotts Auto for the lasdt 10 - 15 years and have had great service at a reasonable price up until now. I took my Lexus LS430 in for a few minor problems about 3 months ago. I was charged around $1,200.00 and only one of the initial problems were fixed. About a month later I took my Mazda Miata in to have the AC repaired. After a quoting $350 they said that it would be another $650 to replace a part that I found available for $24.00 and according to blogs on the internet took a half hour to install. Don't go there!!! more

my alternator went out and Kyle stayed after hours and had a shop truck waiting for me with a cold bottled water! The customer service was beyond my expectations!\r Hats off to Scotts Auto Repair more

I took my car there to get my alternator replaced - they replaced it - 3 different times. After the first replacement, the alternator ruined\r the battery I had (that wasn't that old) so I had to buy a new battery. Then the alternator went out again, I took my car in and they replaced the alternator - the the same thing happened 10 days later.\r \r I finally took my car to the dealership and had a 4th alternator installed - the dealership said the alternator that was in there wasn't the correct one (I believe they said it was not strong/big enough). I took copies with me and went straight to Scott's Auto Repair and asked him to to the right thing (at least pay 1/2 of the additional $600.00 I had to pay for the 4th alternator) and he said he would "think about it" and now he will not return my phone calls. more

Scott's auto repair is world class, they have an awesome group of people that work for them. They are an independent automotive shop and are family owned and operated. They have high reccomendations and are conviently located. They offer great deals on repairs. more
