I wonder if negative reviews stay posted. I personally have had terrible experiences with Scott's Auto Repair. Most of the technicians are not experienced enough to perform the technical repairs that today's automobiles need. This place doesn't live up to their warranty either. We paid over $1,400 on repairs to my son's vehicle only to learn that work performed on employee's or their family members vehicles is not warranted. Why is that? We paid for the work but Scott's answer is that we received a discounted rate. I was actually very nervous to have the work performed there. My husband was the general manager there and I learned what really goes on there. In a way, I'm glad that we'll have to take the vehicle somewhere else and have the work done the right way.\r

All you have to do is ask how long his technicians stay employed there. I think the longest one is currently under two years and that's Scott's snitch. \r
