John was a pleasure to work with. Our initial visit was not high-pressure sales, but instead John kept a tactful distance and balance of information when we asked for it. He gave us periodic e-mails tailored to our desired vehicle options (used) as well as information about new vehicles and corresponding financing options.\r When we were ready, we contacted John again and went through the purchase process. He fully disclosed how much the dealership needed to pay for the car, so we were able to understand a relative profit. The offer was very fair and appeared transparent. more

Kurt was great sale rep, he showed us all of our options and worked within our budget. I called him and we discussed the price and when we came in the price was ready for us. We returned from living in Japan for a short time and went to Schaumburg Honda to work with Jim Rubey again. Our experience was enjoyable, like in the past. We are planning to purchase another Honda later this year and will certainly being dealing with Jim. more

Ridiculously easy...No joke! Jason has always assisted myself and friends with an easy vehicle purchase. He actually ""listens"" to what you are saying. As most people already know, this is rare in today's car sales world. I highly recommend Jason when visiting Honda Schaumburg. \r \r I found Jason to be very knowledgeable about not just my vehicle, but others I was comparing it to as well.
