This was the best experience we had dealing with Irfan who was 100% professional in his dealings. He was so courteous that after we met him fisrt minute we decided that we buy the car right now. I called Mohammed whom I knew before and had our car towed in since it was not starting. Irfan showed us 2 CRVs and we liked the white the most and end up buying it. I will send lot of people to Irfan and recomend every one I know. more

Buyer beware! Do your homework, bring a friend to witness the transaction or stay away completely. Don't expect honesty or integrity. Make sure you read the contract and not assume what was written on paper and discussed is on the final contract. Once you step foot out of that showroom with a signed contract they are difficult and unavailable. They are not honorable. F rating with the BBB - 12 unanswered complaints. more

Kurt was willing to listen to customer's needs to suggest afforable options for the customer.\r Kurt was extremely patient and courteous. Kurt accompanies me for a test drive and show me how to operate the car.\r Overall it was a good experience buying a car at Schaumburg Honda. more
