Extensive menu, great food, and big portions. Friendly but slow service. Seems to be family owned and operated so if it's busy expect to wait, but the food is well worth the wait. more

this place used to be my favorite viet restaurant in sfl. but over the last couple of years, i noticed a slight altering in . seems like they now cater to the more americanized taste buds, perhaps as a justification to a higher charge as compared to other viet cusines (which now taste more authentic). what a shame more

This is a simple Vietnamese restaurant, but one with an extensive menu. The food is wonderful and completely authentic. This is a place for people who want real Vietnamese food, not some American variation. I have eaten in restaurants with a similar type of food all over the country, but surprisingly this is the very best.\r \r I usually only write reviews of problematic restaurants, but this oen is SO good that it deserves a boost.S more

The best Vietnamese food in Dade or Broward! Awesome soft-shell crab dish, tasty spring rolls and an exceptional lobster dishes! \r \r If you are lucky and they still have bread left from the lunch crowd, their "special" meat or pork sandwich is well worth the drive. Freshly prepared daily with their own special meats and vegetables\r \r The best entree is the "WholeFish", crispy and crunch cooked to perfection. They make you feel right at home and feed you very well.\r \r Also, there Goi Con (Vietnamese fresh spring rolls) and the Banh Xeo (Vietnamese crepes) were excellent. \r \r The hospitality is outstanding by the owners Young and Mailany. It is a true gem to be found\r \r (They even have music on the weekends!) more

A rare find in these parts. My reference point is a shopping center full of them in Arlington, VA for 30 years called the Eden Center. Google it. Don't forget to order the fresh garden rolls! more

I went there on a lazy Sunday. It was a fortyfive min. drive for us but worth it. The springs rolls which came with lettuce and fresh mint were tasty. I tried to order the grilled pork sandwhich which I read a lot of great reviews about but were told they were out.\r My boyfriend and I both ordered the Pho which was really light but had a great flavor. The soup came with a side dish of bean sprouts and basil and lime wedges so you could play with your soup. \r Overall it was a really great meal. I love that they serve you fresh herbs with your meal. It really makes it all fresh and light. more

If you like Asian, GO! The noodle salad- shrimp, basil, mint, peanuts, cucumber, fish sauce, out of this world! The spring roll wrapped in basil... OM Goodness and I do mean goodness! The braised short rib, carmelized, so good although they have not had it the last couple of times I have been. Not to be missed are the unbelivable, especially for the price sandwiches that they stop serving after 3pm. They are out of this world! Go, be adventurous, you will not be sorry! I drive almost an hour to eat there and take a ton of food home to hold me over for the next time I am jonesing for this great V-Food. more

Vietnamese cuisine is brilliant! Tremendous variety on the menu, generous portions and a nice atmosphere. I LOVE the grilled pork sandwiches on crisp French bread, aromatic pho soup, and salad with shrimp, pork and lotus shoots! For those who Luke tartare, try the lemon sauteed beef. It's thinly sliced raw beef with a watercress, herb salad... Amazing with some of the chili sauce!!! more

I got turned on to Saigon Cuisine after seeing an episode of Check Please on PBS. The reviewers on the show raved about it and we just had to give it a try. This is the best of any Asian food I have ever eaten. The menu is expansive and still have yet to find anything that I didn't like. The menu can be intimidating at first, but the staff are eager to help you. The pho soup is a meal in itself. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are very generous. Give this place a try and you'll never want to go anywhere else for Asian food. more

The restaurant was clean and the food was okay. It pales in comparison to Little Saigon in Orlando, Fl. more
