Either I got really lucky, or they're working hard to improve. I had an expired Living Social coupon - they honored it. I had no problem scheduling. They gave me a two-hour window, between 2 - 4pm. They showed up at about 2:45. They did a very thorough job cleaning, and installed a much-needed cap. Been putting that off for a while. They were friendly, polite, informative. Took picture of everything they did for me. I'm a happy camper more

Safeside inspected and cleaned a chimney and two dryer vents at two properties. The technicians were on time, friendly, professional and provided exceptional customer service. They found that some tape was becoming loose and replaced it at no additional charge. Their service charge was reasonable. I definitely recommend this company and will use them as part of an annual maintenance program. more
