The workers showed up on time, they were very professional, informed me of everything that they were doing. When finished showed me what they did, made recommendations. Took a picture looking up my chimney, and cleaned up so that you would never know that they were there. They explained about a chimney cap and how it would benefit the house. They are stopping back this weekend to install it. I can't say enough good things about the and yes they will be back in two yearsfor the next cleaning. more

All to often in our working lives, the only time we hear from our clients is when a problem exists. I would like to take this opportunity to change that.\r Over this past weekend two of your employees completed a chimney masonry job at my home. Not only did they do an excellent job on the chimney, but they took extra care cleaning the debried off the lawn, and even offered to fix several divits in 90 degree weather.\r Please extend these two gentleman my heartfelt thanks for all their hard work. Decent but will not use again. 1/31/2012

The work performed I can only assume was good. Workers although polite and courteous never went up on roof to inspect anything or clean from the top down as stated on Safe sides Homepage for that matter. And after all was said and done I was informed of a blockage that needed to be removed. I was told that the blockage was round and necked down pretty tight. Pros: null Cons: null more

DO NOT PAY IN FULL UNTIL COMPLETELY DONE 11/20/2011

We had Safeside Chimney do a very large job reconstructing two chimneys. The masonry work was good. However, they showed up at our home requesting final payment IN FULL and PROMISED to come back and clean-up the site. What we were left with was two pallets of bricks, chimney flue tiles, hunks of cement on various portions of the chimney and construction debris scattered all over the side yard. In spite of NUMEROUS attempts to have them come back and remove their material and MESS, never heard back. Lesson learned - DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED. YOU WILL NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN more

Tim Taylor of SafeSide refuses to help customers 11/17/2011

SafeSide came to my home to fix a leak in the flashing. They have been to my home over three times and it still leaks. Tim Taylor refuses to return my calls and Dale simply takes my phone number and say "He will call you back". Avoid this company. Pros: null Cons: null more

Two workers from safeside arrived A) on time and introduced themselves.B) they surveyed the job and gave me an approxamate time frame. C) they worked steady and with care not to get dirt or dust throughout the house the job was done well. more

They contacted me promptly and were very professional - they asked good questions in the phone assessment, we booked the appt and they arrived right on time, on a Saturday without an additional weekend fee. Work was done within a short amount of time - they also assessed the condition of the chimney and let me know it did not need any further repair - which was very honest and much appreciated. The Safeside team was great - I would highly recommend them. more

I wanted to take a moment say thank you! The entire process in working with your company was handled with professionalism and courtesy. I had my chimney rebuilt and some repointing completed. Each member of this company took the time to explain to me the process, the reasons why for the recommendation and answered my many, many questions. Even my neighbor made it a point to tell me how impressed she was with the quality of work completed and how professional she thought the employees were - and she notices everything. more
