"Eh" would probably be the correct rating.
I had a TravelPro bag that needed a zipper replacement. I called and talked to a lady who said they do perform that type of service, it was just a question of whether in warranty or not, and would take 2-4 days.
I drive all the way over there (which is 45 minutes one-way for me) and am told by the man working the customer store that it's not warranty and would cost $80 to fix. When I asked him how long it would take, he disappears and then comes back and says they won't fix it and would've been "at least double what he originally said."
So - 1) the lady on the phone stated incorrect information and then, 2) the older gentleman working the shop wasn't too sure on specifics (other than the zipper wasn't something easily replaced).
The shop itself isn't something I'd consider typical retail if you're looking for new product (which I wasn't at the time but surely won't be looking for from them based on this experience).
