I do not recommend Rynns Luggage for luggage repairs. The customer service is poor at best. After requesting Rynns to honor a warranty on a TravelPro bag, the owner aggressively refused to repair the bag stating the broken zipper was not his problem. When I asked him to review the issues, he yelled at me, berated me and refused me service. I do not know how this man stays in business by treating his customers in such a manner. As a long time owner of TravelPro bags and a frequent business traveler, I have never been so mistreated by any business.
