Don't bother going anywhere else 7/21/2013

Simple, honest, no tricks, and no B.S. This was our second time buying from them in the last 4 months and Geoff and Mo could not have made it better. We got fair value on our trade-in and felt no pressure to buy. The staff bent over backwards to make us comfortable and made it clear that they were there for us. Good to know that someone still believes that The Customer Is Always Right. Well done Beaverton Toyota. more

Great service, great setting but a little long 6/27/2013

I bought my used car a Beaverton Toyota almost three years ago and was a little skeptical about making the fairly long drive for the lube/oil/filter to maintain the warranty, but I really love this service department. The new/remodeled space is a particularly nice place to wait out an oil change with TV, computers, fresh coffee and doughnuts, magazines, comfortable seating etc. My only gripe with the latest visit was I was told it would be an hour (reasonable) and it stretched to an hour and a half (not very reasonable for a LOF when I had a scheduled appointment). But I am hooked on the otherwise great service. I should mention that includes the people. I particularly liked my service tech who was knowledgeable about my non-Toyota vehicle. That was a plus. more

I called in the morning and got an appointment that afternoon. A competent, friendly service representative greeted me. The problem was taken care of in less than 30 minutes at no charge to me. The experience for me couldn't have been better. more

Everything was great. My only criticism is with the Children's area. There wasn't a movie playing and there weren't enough toys. Fortunately, I was prepared. But with almost an hour and a half wait, it would help parents if there was more for kids to to! more
