I bought my used car a Beaverton Toyota almost three years ago and was a little skeptical about making the fairly long drive for the lube/oil/filter to maintain the warranty, but I really love this service department. The new/remodeled space is a particularly nice place to wait out an oil change with TV, computers, fresh coffee and doughnuts, magazines, comfortable seating etc. My only gripe with the latest visit was I was told it would be an hour (reasonable) and it stretched to an hour and a half (not very reasonable for a LOF when I had a scheduled appointment). But I am hooked on the otherwise great service. I should mention that includes the people. I particularly liked my service tech who was knowledgeable about my non-Toyota vehicle. That was a plus.
