long wait! misinformation for wait time on service. Go somewhere else for auto service!

Greg Hoffman was great, co-ordinating the service and part fitting to my Highlander, recommending a couple of additions, knowing his stuff, and getting it all done ahead of time. more

Jordan, our salesman, did a great job. He was very helpful, patient and respectful. We arrived at 7pm on a Saturday and still he took the time to show us multiple cars until I found the one I like. He explained all the process steps clearly until the end and stay until 11pm to help us adjust the car settings. more

so far, i haven't had any problems with the work done at toyota. in addition, the staff is courteous, the place is super-clean, and the free coffee is good. when i had several hours of work to be done (including a recall issue), the free ride home and back was a bonus. more
