I had a bit of difficulty connecting with the Parts and Finance departments prior to my scheduled appointment. Left three voicemails and never got a call back. However, each time I called the Service desk for help contacting the other departments, they were great and would walk over to find someone in that department and get me the answer I needed. When I took my car in for the appointment, the in-person customer service was excellent and often answered my questions before I had the chance to ask them. The completed work is exactly what I needed/asked for. The Service Team Manager recommended a few extra things for me to consider, provided lots of helpful info, but I never got the "hard sell" or felt like he was being too pushy.
