Very accomodating, quality products, excellent salon! 8/12/2010

Stylist- I have been a client for almost a year now and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I get my hair cut and colored by Meredith and she is phenomenal. I am very shy and quiet by nature but Meredith is so friendly that I feel like I am just talking with a friend. more

Will never stray again! 8/5/2010

I was a client of Irina's awhile ago but due to the distance of her former salon I ended up going to a few other salons closer to home but was never as happy with my hair. I paid the price for straying a few months ago and my color was AWFUL. Can you say orange?! more

I have been going to Irina at RUMM for a long time. She is amazing. You can get an honest opinion from her as to what looks best on you. This is by far the best hair salon I've ever been to. They are all friendly and professional. Layla consistently cuts my hair just the way I want and her coloring skills are superb. I am so thankful that I found such a great salon! My friend referred me to RuMM Color Studio, and I am so glad! I have gone there twice already and have received the best hair cut by Irina that I have ever had! My hair never used to look good for a solid three months, and now it does. I have curly hair, so I have found the perfect stylist for my hair type. I am very happy with the availability of appointments and with the service. They also have great products that I use daily. I followed Millie & Russell to Alpharetta even though I live in Roswell (close to Woodstock). It might not be around the corner, but, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! The whole staff is dedicated, professional and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make your trip to the salon the great experience that it should be. Wonderful Hair Salon 8/2/2010

I had to find a new hair salon in the area. I saw RUUM's online site and decided to give it a try since they had the brand of color I wanted. I found Meredith! She looked at my hair, talked with me about what I wanted, suggested tips and then she completed it all perfectly! I'm very pleased with the color and the cut. At first I thought the price was going to be high, but it is in line with other salons I've visited. I'm very pleased and have now become a regular customer. Pros: Great Hair! Great Price! Spectacular Color! 8/2/2010

I look forward to my visits to RUMM. I'm always greeted warmly and enjoy talking with the staff behind the front desk before I head to the station for coloring. Millie and Russell always check with me to make sure that I'm happy with the way they colored my hair during the previous visit before beginning. I always feel like a million bucks when I walk out the door. Best of all....no one knows that I color my hair unless I tell them!!!!!! Pros: Customer service, beverages, great movies Cons: None! more

I was referred to Rumm through a friend. I was looking for a stylist / colorist who was knowledgeable with curly hair. I found Meghan! The cut was great and she had no problem fixing a "problem" area for me when I came back in a week later. Highly recommend... Pros: Clean, Trendy, Full-Service, Great Shampoos With Massage Cons: Pricey, But You Get What You Pay For more

Don't Go Here IF You Are Looking For Anything Special 7/31/2010

I visited this salon today for the first time. I waited all day because the Receptionist told me Russell (one of the owners) was great. I arrived on time with a picture of the hair color I was shooting for. He barely looked at the picture, sat me down in a chair that faced a wall (no mirror) and started brushing my hair. He asked me what it was that I didn't like about the current color and I told him for the second time that it was brassy and did not match my skin tone. He then asked me to leave. I kid you not that was the whole story in a nutshell. I have no idea why he didn't want to make the $200 or $300 he would have wanted but he didn't. I guess he was not as good as the receptionist said he was and wasn't up for a challenge. He wasted my time and since he was the owner I guess he felt he could do that to a customer. It was unprofessional and shocking. However, I am glad he kicked me out because if being nice to him got me kicked out what would have happened if he messed it up and I didn't like it. Pros: Absolutely NON Cons: Does not Listen or Care What you Want more
