He even went out of his way to calm me down when I was having second thoughts on the tile we picked. (yes I was one of those customers). When it came time to install which I might add was on time and fast. The two men who did our tile were very, very good and clean, efficient what else can I say the over all experience was great. In the process of our lengthy and extensive remodel, we have used various companies, from the local hardware store, to Lowes and Home Depot, to painters and cabinet makers. In each and every instance, we have been disappointed and angered by the level of customer service and product delivery. In each instance, that is, with the exception of your company.\r \r In the case of our tile purchase and installation, we were pleased with the service, timeliness, cleanliness, and overall outcome. However, our carpet purchase had a snag when the wrong carpet was delivered for our installation. In this situation, one of your employees in particular, Andrea Baucon, went above and beyond your normal quality service. She worked diligently on our behalf to get the carpet delivered from Phoenix to Tucson. She kept in contact with me throughout our planned installation date annd even provided me with her personal cell phone number for after office hours. In addition your installers (Hector's team) came at 4:30 pm to install the carpet the day before the 4th of July and were quick, pleasant, and effcient. She quoted our price at $9000. When asked what that came down to per square foot, she said she didn't know. What??? No discussions of carpet brands, laminate brands i.e, why the price was so high. Was this a really high quality product? What kinds of carpet pads are available? Nothing. They come in with a few samples and you pick your favorite colors. I suppose this would be great for someone with a lot of money and absolutely no common sense. I ended up buying the laminate at Costco, putting it in myself (it's not hard) and having Home Depot do the carpet. It ended up costing me less than half of Express' quote.\r The salesgirl even asked what it would take for me to buy today. What is this, a used car lot? I received 5 different estimates to do my entire downstairs with laminate flooring for less then $3000. Then comes Express Flooring and they quoted me $10,000??? Are you crazy?? They wouldn't tell me a definite price for installation even after I told them all five other companies were 99 cents a square foot. I would stay away...far far away from them. And expect a whole spiel to get you on board..I think buying a new car is easier then using Express Flooring!! Cons: Can you say price gouging???? more

Bait and switch, as simple as this. The product , warranty and price is not what they quote when they come to your house. They charged my credit card in full days before the install and this took months to fix. Do yourself a favor and shop Lowes, HomeDepot, or any other place besides Express Flooring or you will be sorry. Cons: not honest more

I had a design consultant come out last week to show me some laminate flooring samples. The guy was very knowledgeable about the product that he showed me and with answering all my questions, I felt at ease, and signed the deal. I had 1400 feet installed and the whole thing, from start to finish was completed in 4 days. If you ever had a need for flooring this company is the way to go! more

We found out about this company when we had a water leak in our brand new home. The builder sent Zina over to help dry out our bathroom carpet. We have used her services ever since. She does a fantastic job and is meticulous. She has cleaned our carpet and grout for 11 years now. more

I have had this company in my house. They are not what they claim to be. They will do or say whatever they have to to get you to sign a contract with them. After that your on your own. I had carpet installers show up to my house who barely spoke a lick of english. It is my belief that they were not even legal.It is also my belief that they sub out all there work. They don't care what joker they send over to do the work. Thats why the lost there B etter biusiness b1ureau status and have so many complaints with the ROC. But that takes second seat to the fact that Express over charged me by thousands on my carpet and didn't even deliver the carpet that I had picked out. The only thing that got them even remotely interested in making it right is when i went to the ROC. After I post this I'm sure A few good reviews will follow. It is my belief that they have someone within there company who responds to derogatory reviews. Don't believe the good reviews. THIS IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. more
