Unfortunately my regular groomer was totally booked weeks out, so I ended up taking my dog to Royal Pet Beauty shop. When I went to pick her up, they told me she had caught her toenail on the floor grate and that it would be a little tender. When I got home, I realized my dog's paw was gushing blood and it was all over the back seat of my car. I had to carry my 65 pound dog into my basement (to avoid getting blood on my hallway carpet) and realized one of her nails was completely ripped off. It took me over an hour to stop the bleeding and clean up the mess and my dog is limping and yelps anytime she steps down on that paw. To me that’s more than “a little tender”. A trip to the vet is scheduled for tonight and I'm not remotely impressed with this groomer. \r \r NEVER will I be returning!\r more

I am extremely particular about where and with whom I leave my dog. She is my baby and I won't leave her anywhere that I don't feel completely comfortable. The first time I took my dog to Royal Pet Beauty I felt very comfortable leaving her there. It is clean and Bonnie and her associates are all Amazing. They always cut my dog exactly how I ask and call me to come pick her up in just a couple of hours. Overall a Great experience! I brought my dog there for the first time yesterday and they did an amazing job. We just moved from LA and we couldn't find a groomer in all of LA that could cut his nails. They did his nails and cut pefectly! I asked for just a clean up on his coat and brush him well to help with the shedding, couldn't beat the price either, only $30. I had never been before. I used to go to the large chain grooming locations and they did a good job, but didn't really listen to what I wanted. I have a rare breed and if you don't cut her right she looks ridiculous. Pros: Hard working Cons: non more

I think they did a really nice job with my goldendoodle. Other dog owners at the dog park that we frequent have been pleased with Royal Pet's work. My only complaint is that the atmosphere doesn't have a very positive vibe (maybe I was there too early and the groomers were still sleepy?) and the people who work there aren't super communicative. My dog seemed apprehensive/scared when I took her in the third time. I will take my dog back, but maybe not as frequently. Only because she looks so good when she is done and it's a good value. more

First timer to Royal Pet Beauty Shop and our dog looks great! We had some bad luck with his hair getting matted down to his skin, and Bonnie knew just what to do! Not only that, she treated our dog with care and compassion, as if it was her own. Pros: location, friendly service, prices Cons: nothing more

I have been bringing my cats and dogs to Bonnie for years and they LOVE her. Especially great with my Persian boy. He looks so cute after a trip to Bonnie's and he smells wonderful. I have recommended Royal Pet to many friends and they were never disappointed. more

we've been taking our mini poodle to royal pet for almost 2 years and his haircuts have been better there than at any other grooming salon. we have tried two other places and the results weren't as good. royal pet staff understand that our little dude requires regular grooming so his hair doesn't get matted and they always cut his hair in a way that will last but will not render him hairless or humiliated. he seems happy to go there and never gets nervous or shaky, which is a bonus. they are great about working around owners' schedules and promptly phone us to announce when the haircut is finished. they are very patient with puppies, also. highly recommended!
