I couldn't ask for more! 4/9/2012

I bought a leather love seat off the floor. Just the right size for my little conch house. It was delivered two days later in perfect condition. I also ordered a custom upholstered chair. I expected to wait six weeks for delivery, but it was here in less than three. Like the love seat, in perfect condition. I've ordered a yard of the chair fabric to cover a bench seat that will compliment the arrangement and serve as an ottoman. Thank you, Peter, for helping me find exactly what I wanted. I will return to Royal Furniture. I can see and touch the items I'm interested in and service and delivery are outstanding. more

the worst 1/13/2011

i ordered some bar stools from the key west store in december 30th, 2010. It is now january 13, 2011. The promise date was the 12th. They keep telling us they are on order, coming from the warehouse ect... each due date they tell my mother a different story, she stays home and wait. Now he tells me if the truck has to come from homestead they are not just going to bring 2 bar stools on the truck. They don't offer you a thing to make it right. I suggested ""let me hold the 2 in store until the next promise date the14th chairs come in He agreed. This is the last promiise date i'll accept. And the last time i order more

Horrible Service 9/24/2009

I ordered a brown couch - three times they messed up. They told me one week and that turned into 2 weeks. I take the day off to get the furniture and they call me and told me it would be the next day then when it finally gets there it is the wrong couch. Not once do they offer me anything to make it right, all they did was promise me it would not happen again but after being burned three times, I told them to forget it. Pros: Not a one Cons: Complete letdown more
