i ordered some bar stools from the key west store in december 30th, 2010. It is now january 13, 2011. The promise date was the 12th. They keep telling us they are on order, coming from the warehouse ect... each due date they tell my mother a different story, she stays home and wait. Now he tells me if the truck has to come from homestead they are not just going to bring 2 bar stools on the truck. They don't offer you a thing to make it right. I suggested ""let me hold the 2 in store until the next promise date the14th chairs come in He agreed. This is the last promiise date i'll accept. And the last time i order
