Review content:
I ordered a brown couch - three times they messed up. They told me one week and that turned into 2 weeks. I take the day off to get the furniture and they call me and told me it would be the next day then when it finally gets there it is the wrong couch. Not once do they offer me anything to make it right, all they did was promise me it would not happen again but after being burned three times, I told them to forget it.
Pros: Not a one
Cons: Complete letdown
